We value your privacy and your patronage. The information you provide through this website is used exclusively to get your order to you in the most efficient manner possible. Your personal information is not sold or distributed to any other party nor is it permanently stored on any online computer system.

To order by mail or fax

1. Print out the order form and fill in the requested information. If this doesn't print correctly download the text file, open it in your word processor, set the type to a monospaced font (courier on a Mac, monotype on Windows).
2. Type or print clearly
3. Include your daytime phone or fax number, in case there is there is a question about your order. (fax numbers required for orders outside the U.S.)
4. Indicate method of payment.
5. Add appropriate shipping charge by clicking on UPS. Use 77003 as origin Zip. Please add $2.00 handling for less than case lots.
6. Provide your physical address for delivery; no P.O. Boxes.
7. To mail your order enclose your check or money order payable to
Enviroshield Products Co. (U.S. funds only). Fax orders must include credit card number, expiration date, name of issuing bank, and a signature.
8. All orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. must be prepaid.

Shipping Information

1. Standard Ground Shipments
We ship your order using the most efficient method. With all shipments, the most economical shipping method is chosen unless another method is requested by you. UPS and RPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers, please provide a complete street address for prompt delivery. Please allow at least 10 days for delivery before checking on status.
2. Truck Freight Shipments
Shipments too heavy or large for standard ground shipping will be shipped by truck (palettes or drums). Please contact us for a fright quote. Provide your daytime phone number on the order so a carrier can schedule merchandise delivery when you have unloading help on hand. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments.)
3. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Island Customers
Contact us via fax or email for rates. UPS can deliver to most areas; it is more expensive due to air service charges. Parcel Post is more economical.

Our Customer Service Department is designed to service you, our customer. We feel that we can respond more precisely and quickly when you provide us with a fax stating your question or problem. No waiting on the phone line costing you and us money. We will answer all questions on a first received, first served method. We will respond promptly in writing.

Warranties
Due to conditions beyond the control of the seller or manufacturer, such as time, place, rate of application, weather conditions, dispensing equipment, and storage facilities, our products or otherwise, shall be limited to refund of purchase price or replacement of product and such is expressively agreed by the Buyer to be the exclusive remedy.

Buyer's Statement
The seller does not in any way warrant that you, the buyer, can and will lawfully purchase and use items which you may order, under any applicable state and/or local laws. You, as the buyer, warrant that you have checked those laws, that you are aware of such restrictions of use if any, and recommendations of the seller as to the correct methods of proper use of the purchased items and that you will follow those restrictions and recommendations.

Return Procedure
Product may be returned within 30 days with authorization received by faxing packing and invoice information. Returns on damaged shipments require carrier (UPS, Parcel Post, RPS, Trucking Company, etc.) notification before faxing Customer Service for return authorization and instructions. All returns must be within 30 days.

Payment Policy
All orders will be shipped complete. Checks and Money Orders will be deposited upon receipt. Non-truck shipped orders paid by credit card (when available) will be charged when order is shipped, usually the next day. Back orders do occur. These orders will be shipped complete when received and will not be charged until product is shipped. We reserve the right to verify funds with your bank before shipping which can cause a delay up to 10 business days. A $20 service charge will be imposed for all returned checks.

Sales Tax
For deliveries in Texas, add applicable local sales tax.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct layout and printing errors on our printed materials and web site text.
